11-3/4" L 1-3/4" I.D. Polypropylene Rail Mount Rod Holder by Sea Dog®. The Sea-Dog Rail Mount Rod Holder is designed with a front mount adjustment screw. This allows easy adjustment without having to disassemble the rail mount brackets as required on competing models. Sea-Dog recommends using a safety line on the rod and/or reel when used with rail mount rod holders.
